We offer the following delivery options:

• 🚚 Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only):
  Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are delivered on the same day.
• 📦 Next-Day Delivery (Major Towns):
  Orders outside Nairobi are typically delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on your location.
• 🏡 Upcountry & Remote Areas:
  Deliveries to remote areas may take 2–4 business days, depending on courier schedules.

3. Delivery Partners

Clophtech works with trusted courier companies and local delivery riders to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
All deliveries are handled carefully to protect your order from damage or loss during transit.

4. Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees vary based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Nairobi same-day deliveries are usually between Ksh 200 – Ksh 400.
• Upcountry deliveries are calculated according to courier rates and communicated before dispatch.
• Free delivery may apply during special promotions or offers, as announced on our website or WhatsApp channel.

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after full payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your payment is verified.
